With more than 25 years across recruitment, real estate, sales, marketing and operations, Laura has an exceptional ability to spot potential, build meaningful relationships and turn ideas into action. Her career has taken her around the world, from establishing international offices to supporting community projects in South Africa and China.

The Ditch Collective is the culmination of everything Laura has built and believed in. Her vision: a smarter, softer way for Kiwis to land in Australia — one that puts people first while still delivering real, life-changing results.

Laura leads with heart, courage and infectious energy. For her, success isn't measured in moves made — it's measured in lives changed, families settled and futures built along the way.

Cara is the person behind many of the ideas, partnerships and systems that keep The Ditch Collective moving forward. With five years across real estate, business development and digital marketing, she knows how to build strong relationships and turn a client's move into a well-run plan.

As Co-Founder and Head of Growth, Cara leads client relationships and business growth — working closely with every family or professional so The Ditch Collective feels like a genuine partner in their move, not just another service.

Behind the scenes, Cara also leads the company's software, member portal and internal systems, building smarter processes that make relocating simpler and less stressful. A Kiwi now living in Australia herself, she brings energy, honesty and fresh thinking to everything she builds.

With more than 18 years across recruitment, property and real estate in Australia and the UK, Priya has a genuine understanding of what makes people — and businesses — work well together on both sides of the ditch.

As Co-Founder and Head of Careers, Priya leads the job-search side of The Ditch Collective and oversees the experience of every relocating candidate and Aussie employer we work with. She takes the time to understand the person behind the CV and the business beyond the job description.

Warm, driven and naturally good with people, Priya is known for building trusted relationships and spotting potential others might miss. For her, great career support isn't about filling roles — it's about setting Kiwis up in the right role, in the right city, with people who'll actually look after them.

Holly brings creativity, energy and a strong people-first approach to The Ditch Collective. With a natural ability to connect with others, she introduces Kiwis to a more personal, effective way of planning their move across the ditch.

As Business Development Manager and Head of Marketing, Holly supports partnership growth while leading the company's marketing and social presence — from new employer relationships on the Aus side to campaigns that bring the brand to life.
